We are a family that was created much like the Ark... two by two. First came Mommy and Daddy, then our first set of twins Griffin and Owen, next our second set of twins Kaylee and McKay.

Welcome Kaylee and McKay
Funny of the week
McKay is a very sensitive girl. She doesn't like her clothes too tight and we've learned to jump through hoops trying to help her get dressed. The other day, she put on a pair of elasticized pants and they were "too tight". We were about to be late going somewhere and so I took the pants into the kitchen and asked Steve to grab one side, while I pulled the other (kind of like tug of war). As we are in our tug-of-war, Owen walks by us on the way to the garage. Without missing a beat or a step, he said "You don't see that everyday". He cracks me up.
Favorite Quote of the moment:
"Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity." Margaret D. Nadauld
